I process as little personal data as possible. This website is static: no database, no user accounts, no mailing list, no trackers. In addition to technically necessary connection data, I process the details you provide when booking a meeting or contacting me.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. and served over Cloudflare's infrastructure. In doing so, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser type) to deliver the site and keep it secure. This may yield aggregated, server-side request statistics, without cookies, without a JavaScript beacon, without persistent identifiers. No link to your person is made. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the site securely).

A data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare; any third-country transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 GDPR.

If you write to me, I process your email address and message to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries), or Art. 6(1)(b) where your message concerns a possible engagement.

The booking links open Cal.com in a new tab. No Cal.com code loads on this website. When you book, your name, email address, chosen time and any details you enter are processed to arrange the meeting and respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about a possible engagement; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in arranging requested meetings).

The provider is Cal.com, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4382, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. Cal.com processes booking data on the organiser’s behalf. Its privacy policy states that data is processed in the United States and that Standard Contractual Clauses apply to transfers from the EEA. Details: Cal.com privacy policy.

I retain meeting and enquiry details only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, unless statutory retention periods or legal claims require longer storage. Cal.com states that booking data is stored while the account is active. You can request deletion using the contact address below. Calendar or meeting providers used for your booking are identified on the booking page or invitation.

This website itself uses no artificial intelligence, no profiling, and no automated scoring of visitors.

AI models are used only within the solutions Roux builds and delivers, and there on your infrastructure, with your keys, and under your control. Scope, providers, and the classification under the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) are agreed and documented separately within each engagement.

Links to third-party services open the respective provider's page. No third-party content is embedded or preloaded. The provider receives connection data when you follow the link, and its own privacy and cookie notices apply there.

This website sets no cookies and uses no comparable browser-storage technologies for tracking purposes.

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21).

Send requests to info@rouxdutoit.com. Your right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority under Art. 77 GDPR remains unaffected.

October 1, 2026. This statement covers the static website, external appointment booking and direct contact. It will be updated if the underlying processing changes.
