Principle.
We process as little personal data as possible. This website is static: no database, no user accounts, no mailing list, no trackers. We process only what is technically required to deliver the site, plus the data you enter yourself when you book a call.
Hosting.
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. and served over Cloudflare's infrastructure. In doing so, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser type) to deliver the site and keep it secure. This may yield aggregated, server-side request statistics — without cookies, without a JavaScript beacon, without persistent identifiers. No link to your person is made. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the site securely).
A data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare; any third-country transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 GDPR.
Booking a call.
You arrange calls through Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc.). Only when you book there does Cal.com process the data you enter — typically name, email address, and the chosen time — in order to organise the appointment. Cal.com's own privacy notice applies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request).
Use of AI.
This website itself uses no artificial intelligence, no profiling, and no automated scoring of visitors.
AI models are used only within the solutions Roux builds and delivers — and there on your infrastructure, with your keys, and under your control. Scope, providers, and the classification under the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) are agreed and documented separately within each engagement.
External links.
Links to third-party services (such as the booking provider Cal.com) open the respective provider's page. Only your click transmits data there. No predictive tracking takes place.
Cookies.
This website sets no cookies and uses no comparable browser-storage technologies for tracking purposes.
Your rights.
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21).
