This website provides information about the services of Roux du Toit and lets you book a non-binding initial conversation. It is not an online product and not a usable software tool.
The content is for general information and constitutes neither a binding offer nor individual advice. No contract is concluded via this website.
Initial conversation.
The initial conversation is free of charge and non-binding. No engagement for further services arises from it automatically.
Engagement.
A subsequent, paid engagement is agreed in a separate written contract. Scope, terms, and deliverables are defined there and are binding.
These terms do not govern the engagement. Only the individually signed contract is authoritative.
Availability.
We aim for continuous availability of the website but give no guarantee. Maintenance, technical faults, or changes may lead to temporary limitations.
Liability.
We are liable for damages in cases of intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health, in accordance with statutory provisions. For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Liability is otherwise excluded. The respective provider is responsible for the content of any linked external pages.
Privacy.
Information on the processing of personal data is set out in the Privacy statement.
Governing law.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the registered seat of R&R Spiele UG.
Severability.
Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
